After a whirlwind election, the benevolent Lord Alatar, has been declared ruler of the city of Vesper.
Alatar plans to bring the city into its most prosperous and progressive period yet. The Honourable Lord will be setting up a meeting with the High Council in days to come to discuss future relations.
