Letter to Governor Tanda

Lady Tanda,
Apologies I was not able to attend your inaugural, I had planned to but matters popped up among the local merchants. The over-hyping of the pirates prowling the water off of Jhelom has caused quite a headache in the city. Thankfully, the King is starting to take note of our issue with the slavers and pirates. The former Mayor of Vesper, Sally, has also renounced all piracy from what I understand. So things appear to be moving in the right direction.
I had hoped to travel to Minoc and meet with you about us forming a political party. From what I can tell, we are both very much about the business growth of the Glittering River Delta. The mines of Minoc that ship resources down the river to the docks of Vesper drives development. The Majestic Oaks Auction House is also one of the main cogs in bringing wealthy business entrepreneurs into the city and sits firmly between our cities at the crossroads. We should be working together to grow our area because together we prosper.
