261st Meeting of the High Council (August 6, 2007)
The 261st meeting was called to order by Justicar Woodrow Call.

First item on the agenda was the acceptance or vote on the Vespian Knights joining the Britannian Armed Forces. The vote was in favor of that action. Commander Clone of the Vespian Knights was then promoted by Grand Marshall Polynike to the rank of Field Marshall.

Field Marshall Clone requested members of the Council and assembly to be on the look out for a man name of Matrim, believed to be headed toward Minoc. He is approximately 6'3" inches tall, long brown hair and blue/green eyes. He is not believed to be a danger, merely to have gotten lost.

Application deadline for Chancellor was this evening, and Justicar Call reminded all of that deadline, and of the upcoming debate following the next High Council meeting. With the vote for Chancellor to follow the next quarter. (August 13th debate, and August 20th vote)

A lass named Belle inquired about a fourth candidate and his citizenship in Britannia. Tanda volunteered that the man in question Tenachi Ideku, had revealed to her at the Grotto that he was now a resident of Magincia having lived prior in Tokuno. Justicar Call noted that his application listed Britannian birth, study in Tokuno and a return to his home of Magincia. The Justicar did state he would endeavor to confirm such information and validity of candidacy.

The planning meeting for Minoc's Government was announced by Tanda. To be held after the adjournment of the High Council.

There were no other issues or announcements forth coming and thus the meeting adjourned.
