His Majesty King Blackthorn congratulates the newly elected governors of Britannia. His Majesty looks forward to meeting with them, and all interested citizens, at the tenth meeting of the Council. It will be held in the Council Room at Castle Blackthorn on Friday, March 28th, at 8:00 p.m. CDT.
