His Majesty King Blackthorn congratulates the newly elected governors of Britannia. His Majesty invites the governors and all interested citizens to the fourth meeting of the Council. It will be held in the Council Room at Castle Blackthorn on Friday, September 20, 2013, at 8 p.m. CDT.
