Here is one of the encoded messages Dexter sent us before he died. Unfortunately, we don’t have the full cipher. James believes it is a substitution cipher with extra characters (123456789?/&!). See if you can figure it out before Tuesday’s mission. If I get any more information, I will provide it. Good luck!
