Royal Academy of Virtue: Compassion Studies

Post by Martyna Z'muir » Mon Nov 16, 2009 5:57 pm

The newly founded Royal Academy of Virtue invites all citizens of Sosaria to attend the first in a series of seminars, discussions, and adventures into how the Virtues touch our lives. The first installment of the series will take place on Thursday, November 19th, 2009 at 8:00 PM (CST) in the East Counselor's Hall in Britain (3°46' S by 21°43' E, Trammel), and will focus on the Virtue of Compassion.

This first installment on Compassion will begin with a tale of Virtue, followed by open discussion on what everyone sees Compassion to mean, and how it may or may not apply to both the tale and our everyday lives.

Refreshments will be available, and a textbook including the tale and some self-reflecting questions will be provided at the seminar. The Royal Academy of Virtue hopes to foster a new age of understanding by taking a deeper look at the core principals of Britannia. In this post-Cascan era, empowering ourselves with the strength of the Virtues will prepare us for any future threat to Britannia and Sosaria at whole.

We hope to see you there!
