Don't spend money just yet because once again EA USA screwed up and folk aren't getting their codes.
So wait another 5 or 6 months they might have them back up and working.
In the meantime buy EA Japan and spend more but get a "free" item or two.

EA Mythic has 'fixed' the issue.. See the thread above.
EA Japan's website was blocking IPs outside Japan earlier, but there was some speculation this was in error.
Personally, I will be shopping there (if I can) as they are generous enough to give freebies while the US store consistently has issues and is stingy.
