Aornis: It is a dark time in Vesper. An evil, ghostly circus has set up in my beloved city.
Aornis: Unfortunately, these ghouls appear to have malicious intentions.
Aornis: They are actively trying to conscript our citizens into their circus.
Aornis: I am working closely with the Royal Guard to eradicate them as soon as possible.
Aornis: I also worry that
Aornis: the sudden appearance of the circus is karmic punishment for some of Sally’s nefarious deeds.
Aornis: If that is, as I suspect, the case, something must be done before more evil finds Vesper.

King Blackthorn: We are currently investigating a strange enchantment near Vesper, a circus of ghosts.
King Blackthorn: While we have prevented the problem from spreading directly, we are unsure of the cause.
King Blackthorn: Members of the Ministry will be investigating again soon.
King Blackthorn: There have been strange reports of an archeological dig inside Dungeon Doom.
King Blackthorn: Several new caverns and strange artifacts have been uncovered.

King Blackthorn: It will take two to three weeks after a governor's request is _approved_ for it to be fulfilled.
King Blackthorn: That reflects the standard two weeks it takes for even my kingly requests to be fulfilled,
King Blackthorn: plus a one week buffer in case anything goes wrong.
King Blackthorn: If your event depends on your request being granted and fulfilled,
