The Hearing regarding the Seat of Jhelom will be held this coming THURSDAY, July 1, at 8:00 PM by the central skies; this is a change from the originally scheduled Wednesday date and time. If you cannot attend, but wish to make a statement regarding the situation, please contact the High Justicar (ICQ 5390552, email radian at tomesofsosaria (.) org) to arrange for a sworn affidavit to be read into the court record.

OOC : While this is still an IC response to an IC issue, there have been some OOC changes to the issues at hand as well that will be forthcoming in the next couple of days prior to the hearing; however, it still needs to progress along an IC front as well for continuity sake.

Adjusted announcement to reflect an 8:00 start time -- I provided Stratics with the time based on the last date, and so it got put up for 8:00 not 7:00; EM Elizabella's holding an event from 7:00 to just before 8:00, but plans for it to be over so as to not interfere with the RP court event, so... officially, we'll start at 8:00.
